Data Processing Agreement with Wix
This website was created and is maintained using the service of Wix. When visiting a webpage created with Wix and when using the tools provided by Wix a Data processing Agreement is agreed on automatically. Wix states regarding this Data Processing Agreement:

The data you enter will be stored for the purpose of personalised communication with you. This requires you to provide a valid e-mail address and your name. This is used to allocate the enquiry and subsequently answer it. The provision of further data is optional.

By providing the contact form, we would like to make it easy for you to contact us. If you contact us to request a quote, the data entered in the contact form will be processed to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
Recipients of the data may be processors. If there is a contractual relationship, we are subject to the statutory retention periods according to the German Commercial Code (HGB) and delete your data after these periods have expired.
The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, we can only process your enquiry if you provide us with your name, email address and the reason for the enquiry.
